How the subscription works▾
Your subscription defines a maximum number of slots (entities, lores, incarnations). No monthly top-up: it is a capacity.
The shop offers permanent slots. These are purchases independent of any subscription.
Important: subscription and shop purchases are completely independent. Cancelling a subscription never affects your purchases — bought slots stay yours for life.
If you cancel:
- no data is deleted;
- however, if you exceed the capacity of your active plan, items above the limit become locked.
A locked item:
- stays visible in your account;
- can no longer be edited;
- can no longer be used to start new conversations;
- but existing conversations remain accessible.
You stay in control: pick which items remain active from your settings.
To unlock items again, resume a subscription or buy permanent slots in the shop.
