What is Alterenn?
Alterenn is an interactive writing and AI-assisted narrative roleplay platform. Users create Entities (characters), Lores (persistent worlds) and their Incarnation, then explore collaborative stories alongside a narrative AI.
Who can sign up?
The service is open to users aged 15 or over. Access to Mature 18+ content requires an adult account and a dedicated age verification. See our Age Policy.
Is content moderated?
Yes. Alterenn applies combined AI + human moderation on public Entities, avatars, images and user reports. Forbidden content (minors, realistic non-consent, illegal content, hate) leads to an immediate ban. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
How do subscriptions work?
Alterenn offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Premium, Ultra) unlocking more AI messages, advanced RP memory features, extra slots and longer response lengths. Subscriptions are monthly, no commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from the subscription page.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, compliant with EU law (14 days after purchase, unless the service has been used). Before any payment dispute, contact alterenn.contact@gmail.com: we resolve legitimate requests within 5 business days.
What if I have a payment dispute?
Before any chargeback, contact support at alterenn.contact@gmail.com. We resolve 100% of legitimate disputes (double billing, fraud, technical error) within 5 business days. A chargeback filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension under our Terms of Service.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Alterenn is hosted in the European Union, complies with GDPR and never sells personal data. Full details (collection, retention, access / deletion rights) are available in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report content?
Every public Entity, public conversation and profile has a report button. Reports are handled by the moderation team. For copyright (DMCA) notifications, follow the dedicated procedure on the Copyright & DMCA page. All requests can also be sent to alterenn.contact@gmail.com.
