Respect for copyright

Alterenn respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects the same from its users. Any content published on the platform remains under the responsibility of its author, who must ensure they hold the necessary rights.

Notification of infringement

If you believe that content published on Alterenn infringes your copyright, send a written notice to alterenn.contact@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA / Copyright" containing the following elements:

Precise identification of the protected work (title, original link, proof of ownership).
Exact URL of the infringing content on Alterenn.
Your full contact details: name, postal address, phone, email.
A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Processing

Any valid notification is processed as quickly as possible. Content is generally removed within 7 business days after verification. The user who published the content is informed of the removal and may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same address, containing:

Identification of the removed content and original URL.
A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the removal results from a mistake or misidentification.
Your full contact details and signature.

Repeat infringer policy

Alterenn enforces a strict repeat-infringer policy: any user subject to multiple founded notifications will have their account suspended and permanently banned, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

False notifications

Any abusive, fraudulent or bad-faith notification may result in legal action and engages the liability of its author.
